TRANSFER POLICY: You will be assessed a $10 Transfer Fee for all course transfer requests. Please notify a Customer Service Representative at least 5 full working days prior to the course start date so that we may fill your space and place you in an alternate course. We will make every effort to accommodate your transfer request; however a transfer may not be possible if made without sufficient advance notice.
WITHDRAWAL/REPLACEMENT FEE: Please remember, all course fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. You will be assessed a $10 Withdrawal/Replacement Fee for any withdrawal request made less than 5 working days from the course start date (in addition to not receiving a refund of course fees). You may withdraw from a course and NOT be assessed a Withdrawal/Replacement Fee so long as you do so at least 5 working days prior to the course start date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The Chapter reserves the right to cancel a class due to lack of adequate enrollment, Instructor emergencies, or in times of community emergencies. We will re-schedule you as quickly as possible into the next available class or give you a full refund of course fees.
LATE ARRIVALS: Class begins on time. Late arrivals cannot be admitted into class, and the course fee will not be refunded.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS: All participants should be in reasonably good health and able to actively participate. CPR requires strenuous effort; please consult your physician if you have any health problems. You may not be able to participate if you have any infectious disease, cuts, sores or respiratory infection.
